Packages expire after one year.
You are purchasing not only the actual service but the time set aside for you/your child, therefore there are no refunds, transfer or other exceptions.
That being said, life happens! I'm here to make life easier not a stressor. If you can't make an appointment we often can make that up, within two weeks. I always create options for sessions that I miss as well. Session packages include in-office or teletherapy (call, video or chat). New clients from 2016 onward, are all teletherapy-focused.
For video, I use Zoom. For calls, traditional cell phones, and for chat, I use the client portal which has a built in chat function.
The portal has a journal that I encourage clients to use when in stress, daily or 3x a week, minimum, and wean off of that, as they progress. This gives me a birds eye view of stress, coping skills, and day to day processing.
*The portal is an added benefit but not a part of the billing/agreement. I reserve the right to eliminate the portal if the majority of clients are not utilizing this service.
This is a billing overview, and HIPAA/policies are available upon portal agreement.
All communications should be through the portal, unless it is a late or missed session, which should be notified by contacting me via text, at 484 574 3795.
