Mindfulness is simply observing your own thoughts, feelings and your environment in the moment. If a thought, fear or worry comes in your mind just observe it and stay in the moment. It’s perfectly OK to keep thinking while mediating. Hallelujah! I wasn’t doing it wrong!

In this day and age, men not only desire, but expect high quality skincare, and they do not want "fru fru" scents. They are not interested in cheap drugstore or pyramid company products, that sit on the shelves or warehouses for months, filled with preservatives and chemicals. Discriminating dads want (and deserve) high quality skincare.
This is a journal entry that forces us to see the good in all fathers, so that we can step out of victim-stage and for those father's who have been stellar from the start, to give them the standing ovation that they deserve.
