Bananas are might not cure holiday drama, but it sure will help to keep you hydrated against the elements. Also, "the morning after" this eggnog will have you looking filled with vitality, as opposed to the spiked eggnog that will have that often leaves ladies looking tired, swollen and depleted.
Eggnog is traditionally made with milk products and egg, both of which are known to cause bloating, inflammation and yes, milk-tush gas. Not exactly what you want under the mistletoe, correct?
The banana not only helps thicken the recipe to give you that rich eggnog vibe, but it also helps to saturate your gorgeous body with minerals, nutrients -oh, all those electrolytes! You'll be gaining energy with each sip.

Here's a quick video and the recipe is below.
This serves 1-2
Cinnamon and Nutmeg (a few shakes)
A handful of Raisins (I do this instead of dates as the raisins give a bit of the flavor sought in eggnog, but they are higher in sugar- be modest with them)
A dash of Vanilla extract
Optional: Dash of olive oil for that vermouth taste if you are going for a EggnogTini like I did....
For a run vibe, a dash of Rum extract instead of olive oil.
