While using more aggressive (and costly) treatments like deep tissue massage several times a week, be it by a licensed massage therapist or, by you using a hand massager (Fascia blasters are very popular), you don't have to use those all of the time, or ever.
If you read the last post, you know the different ways we acquire cellulite and some ways we can begin to decrease or eliminate it.
One of the ways, is through self-massage, so we will talk about how to do that now.
Step One: Get Active
Engage in an activity for at least 15 minutes that increases your heart rate and body temperature. If you have a sauna, that is an option as well, but note that the sauna will not give you the strong exercise benefits that will double the decrease for you.
Step Two: Shower & Massage
Take a warm shower. In the shower, use some Aloe, Gorgeous cleanser and lather well, on the challenging areas (It's not just for the face) such as thighs and arms. The blend of botanicals and aloe, are very healing and as you incorporate firm, circular or "windshield wiper" movements on the body, you'll feel the inner warmth of the tissue releasing.
Step Three: Get firm
Rinse and pat your skin dry. On the areas you want to appear more firm, use the Sea Your Truth Serum, with it's strong firming action, sparingly (you can apply with wet hands) and allow to dry before you dress. This is a time you might want to just mediate or experiment with gentle yoga.
That's all. Make this a ritual 2-3 times a week and you'll begin to notice a decrease in cellulite, when coupled with a healthy diet and activity.
