                                        Drinking Water for Skin

Drinking water is incredibly important for health as well as giving your skin, the bodies largest organ, a more healthful glow. Water is involved with every body function, including but not limited to digestion, circulation and excretion.

We are bombarded with toxins daily, from some of the soap we use to the air we breath. Water assists in flushing and removing these toxins from the body. When we are dehydrated our metabolic wastes and accumulated toxins are not removed as efficiently.
When you don't drink enough water, you are holding toxins, and often that shows on your skin, primarily the face.

In the winter there is often less humidity in the air; this means that your skin will be more dry, and that not only will your skin be dry but your cells may be dehydrated overall.
When you don't have enough water in the dermal layers, your skin can look tired, sallow and lose firmness. You can look older or sickly just by being dehydrated!

It is incredibly important for health to drink enough water, for your beauty health also.

Aside from skin health, water helps to lubricate the joints and alleviate joint pain, helps to promote muscle tone and when your cells are hydrated, you will not need to hold as much fat. In whole, water is one of the best beauty products you could ever experience.

                                        Quench Facial

                                        For all skin types-
This facial is all about bringing moisture back to the skin from the outside in and in helping the skin to hold onto the moisture it has from the inside out, deterring pollution and drying elements like whipping winds and dry indoor heat.

This four step facial includes exfoliation of dead dry cells to expose new vibrant skin, buttery strokes with an ayurvedic oil blend for relaxation and circulation, a deep penetrating treatment to hold moisture in and create a barrier to the elements, and a final light, aroma moisturizing treatment. You'll glow while your skin is drenched back to a more healthful state.  Schedule here
