Things to Know
Yoga and spa treatments are practiced in a quiet atmosphere. Even if you are not participating in a class and leaving/entering, please be mindful of the focus on silence, whispered voices and relaxation. Do not bring any liquid barring water to the space. (no juice, soda, etc) Try to refrain from wearing perfumes and colognes, but we applaud showered, clean bodies :) Do not step on someone else's yoga mat & if you borrow one, please wipe it down after you use it. Shoes should not be worn in the yoga space; only in the reception area. Please immediately remove shoes and place shoes and personal items (purses, jackets, etc) on shelving provided. NO CELL PHONES in yoga room OR lobby. Turn them off! Vibrate is not acceptable. Remember that if you choose to chat during class, it takes others off of their focus and is a faux pas in yoga; and it clearly shows you are not focused. Turn inward and by respecting others sense of calm and peace, you are respecting their practice (that they are investing in, in many ways). | AS A RULE OF THUMB, WE DO NOT HONOR DROP-INS AS OUR CLASSES ARE OFTEN FILLED - Please try to register if you are interested in a class. If you do not pre-register, you are drop-in (first come, first serve). Class sizes are limited with priority as such:1. Class card holder in good standing that has registered.2.Class card holder3. Drop in without class card, paying cash. Ask questions - the instructors are there for you! How to sign up?
