                                        This complimentary REALignment Community Challenge is very different from other challenges in that it seeks not to change you or fix something "broken" about you, but instead realize you are not broken and simply need to refine, renew or realign yourself through encouraging, guided support.


                                        The beautiful think about realignment is that you are not bringing something new to your life, but simply uncovering something already there. It's already in you, we'll just work to set it free.

                                        For some of us, it is a part of us that you thought we lost.
                                        For some of us, it is a part of us that we yearn to be.
                                        For many of us, it is a bit of both.

                                        The REALignment Challenge is about being real, being true to yourself and uncovering that truth, exposing it and embracing it. 
                                        In this journey, you'll feel better than you did before you started. 

                                        It just takes time and focus; bad habits came to be because of learned behavior that we became to know through time and focus, as norm. Bad habits and unhealthy thought were born in our life because we lacked mindfulness, just like we can know the radio is on but be able to recall the song, however, if we hear it again, we'll be familiar thus, comfortable with it. This is the same for negative surroundings and our lack of mindfulness.

                                        What to expect:
                                        1. Weekly Email with prompt questions meant to explore and uncover. Feel free to share* will post on blog
                                        2.
                                        Guided dietary focus each week with several invigorating alternatives to your norm.
                                        3. A
                                        meditation and imagery opportunity; you may opt to focus on your religion during this phase each week and I'll show you how.
                                        4. A
                                        physical component to participate in your own wellness with, on your own, and if local, as a group
                                        5. A
                                        recipe or two that is aligned with the dietary focus of the week
                                        6. A
                                        coping skill to exercise if need be; a way to uncover your triggers and root issues.
                                        7. and lastly, a
                                        project that you will present by photograph, written word or in any way you'd like that you will work on from the first week.
                                        8. a
                                        certificate mailed to your home upon completion (for locals, presented at least meeting)



                                        If you want to sign up, you'll get a weekly email for four weeks (it doesn't matter where you live), complete with a program to follow complete with discussion focus questions to ask yourself and also, with a weekly opportunity to meet if you are local for light community yoga and discussion.
