All treatments include pre-treatment tea of choice & after treatment water with soothing music
Abhyanga: *Our Signature treatment*
Specific body composition massage oils pulsated at specific areas of the body, to alleviate chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety and overwork, but many individuals just find this therapy enjoyably pampering as well. Includes sound therapy and aromatherapy. $125
Shiro
Streams of aroma-focused oil poured onto your forehead then distributed to your temples and neck while you listen to meditative sounds to help you release stress and find clarity. This treatment is wonderful for someone in a stressful situation or in need of emotional or mental clarity.
This can be added to many other treatments. $50
Naysa
Fabulous for headaches, sinus issues and allergy symptoms. A modified treatment that includes sinus and nasal stimulation, as well as neck and shoulder stress relief through placement of oils and heat and cold compresses to open and calm sinus and nasal passages. $50
Garsha
Your skin is your largest organ; this treatment is about stimulating your skin through brushing and applied oils. This treatment is great alone but also a perfect add-on before Abhyanga. You'll feel stimulated and vibrant and experience a wonderful purge in physical, mental and emotional toxins. $50
Vish
The warmth of hot rocks placed strategically on your body helps to provide an inner warmth that radiates and calms your nerves and thus, much of your body. This treatment includes headphones and meditation-inducing sounds to help your worries float away. When you are roused to full alert state, you'll slowly revisit your waking self and enjoy the feeling of a rested body and mind to enjoy the rest of your day, and a wonderful night sleep. $125
Thai Yoga Massage
Through heated scented herbed poultices you will enjoy a light dragging motion of the poultices while you are gently assisted in reclined yoga stretches, and then enjoy an experience of relaxing herbs placed on your body while you drift off to a relaxing savasana (rest) while you enjoy aromatherapy oil scents. Also available without aromatherapy for those sensitive to scent. $125
Tibetan Bowl Therapy
A wonderful, unique therapy for those who enjoy sound and vibrational relaxation. Music is known to help a multitude of emotional and mental blockages and vibrations are used and proven in many medical modalities. An ancient system of utilizing the Tibetan Bowl vibration is incredibly invigorating and relaxing. You'll actually have your ears protected as the vibrations are so strong they can be alarming, while the rest of your body soaks it all in, with eat strike of the bowl. You then will have specific oils known for immunity boosting and strength, applied to marma points, and drift a bit to relax and renew. $125
Basti Muscle Mender
For those who have physical jobs, physical stress in their shoulders and back or simply have over-enjoyed gardening or snow shoveling, this Ayurvedic therapy is wonderful for you. Very much targeted at releasing muscle tension through marma points, myoskeletal adjustment and yoga therapy modalities, as well as a strong focus on an incredibly strong blended oil for muscle release, you'll feel much better walking out of the spa than you did walking in! This is absolutely a fabulous treatment for fibromyalgia and other joint, muscle condition symptoms. $125
Bliss
An Ayurvedic face treatment for the face to relax, renew, and bring a glow. Salt and sugar combination to purify and nourish while using marma points and yoga therapy face assisted movements to help increase tone and sheen. Rose water, cucumbers and moist warmth round this out to be incredibly pampering. $75
Blissfully Blemish Free
Ayurveda Facetechniques look at full body health and wellness, and focus on clay and oil combinations to lift impurities while stimulating the body to naturally circulate lymph and blood for optimal wellness, glow and clearness. Stress can bring on skin symptoms so we focus on a relaxing yoga therapy assisted focus in reducing facial stress and neck stress, then, we round out the treatment with a clean, lemon infused warm water rinse. $50
St. John's Wishing Well
While in a small, remote fishing village by the sea, a few hours outside of St. John, Canada, I found what the locals call "wishing stones". You make a wish and hold the stone. This treatment is indigenous to their tradition, coupled with Ayurveda. The client is given a sea salt face treatment, and then holds two heated wishing stones, and one small wishing stone is placed on the forehead. While the client relaxes, marma points are stimulated on the hands and face, with a focus of goals and dreams surfacing through prompts and relaxation. Great for those who have a creative block, or feel a little "stuck". $50
Wee Veda's
For the little girl ages 7-11 who would like to experience a bit of spa. A short (15 minute) yoga relaxation, then, have your little one wrap herself in her favorite home-brought robe and slippers (clothed underneath) and with therapy door open for mom, aunt or grand mom to take view, she can experience our Rose water infused yoga therapy face assisted movements, cucumber sliced relaxation on her eyes, music therapy, aroma therapy sample and even hit the tibetan bowl herself once or twice. $50
*this treatment does not include pre/post tea/water pampering as the adult treatments do*

Yoga Descriptions
There are no levels within the yoga class schedule because my philosophy is more Ayurvedic and not cookie-cutter, in that within each class an individual can create their own pace and intensity, and any class is suitable for any "body". Ayurvedic yoga focus areas are then further intensified by allowing the client to be guided toward yoga for their body composition.
Rooms are not set at a heated yoga (90 degrees) as the philosophy also is that the goal of yoga is to create an inner fire, and learn to control your inner fire.
Power
A faster-paced & more athletic mindset style of Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga.
- Happy Hour Hip Hop Hour
For those who do not want silence, who are "done with" flutes and chimes and want to just lose themselves in a blend of 80's to current hip hop tunes while they enjoy a less traditional class. A little talking and unwinding is acceptable and encouraged.
-Rock your Asana
Similar to Happy Hour Hip Hop Power Hour but a little more hair band and Greenday-esque.
Vinyasa Flow
A style of Ashtanga that denotes a connection between breath and movement meant for those new to yoga but anyone can join in.
Peaceful Power
Paiva's twist on the more traditional and modern day Power yoga with the emphasis on inner tranquility and stress coping techniques as much as outer strength and flexibility. A happy individual needs less remedy control when it comes to stress.
Rise & Shine
An early morning yoga class with the addition of sharing morning tea in mindfulness.
Ancient Ayurveda tells us that the best time to experience yoga is in the morning, in alignment with (most of) nature waking up, including the sun and moon changing our physical and esoteric tides. This class has a focus to slowly increase your awareness of your physical and mental alignment and your sense of inner calm. From rising from sleep to shining into your day.
If you respond great with appointments, see you at class time!
If you are not a morning person, you can request a morning call to remind you.
If you are an early riser, please feel free to arrive 20 minutes early and enjoy a cup of tea.
Survivors
Do you currently or have you recently suffered fibromyalgia, arthritis, battled cancer, a car accident, an emotional blow, or some other challenge that has decreased your quality of life?
This is a class that includes an intake form so that postures and breathing techniques are more customized to help address the needs of the client individually and as a group. There are many postures that help regain strength, flexibility and mood for various cancers, injuries and conditions, and we'll explore them together. Most of this class is seated.
Sigh and Lullaby
For new mothers and their baby. A class that is very "talky" which is unusual for yoga; meet other mom's, learn postures to help you regain your strength and tone, while invigorating you and boosting your vitality and energy. During class you will also learn a bit of Ayurvedic baby marma, or massage. You may choose to take the class with your baby in your arms, some postures with the baby in front of you or simply focus on the breathing patterns while you breastfeed/feed your baby. The tone of the class is social but relaxing, just what a new mom needs most - support and rest!
Gentle Flow
This is a fabulous class to unwind and take it easy, while still gaining a beneficial, productive experience for your body and mind. More focus on the flow of release of stress, both physical and emotional. Wonderful for tight shoulders, tender backs and taxed emotional spirits. Most of this class is seated.
Repair & Renew
This class is wonderful for someone with no or minimal challenges who wants to focus on self-empowerment both physically and emotionally with a bit more guided inspiration and hands-on assisting.
Basics
A class that is exactly what it says; basics. We will move slower, and have much more guidance in this class. A wonderful first class series for those new to yoga as well as those who have participated in yoga for years who would like to refine their practice.
Ladies Night, Inner Light
Though we enjoy our male clients, and they are in the minority (less then 10% of clients are male), the reality is that most yoga was developed by men, for men, with very little emphasis on female physiology. During much of yoga, it is wonderful to harness our male energy, but during the Ladies-only class we focus predominately on postures for female health and well-being according to ancient and modern techniques and knowledge.
This is a great class for stressed women, single moms, women with PMS or related issues or simply women who crave a female-only atmosphere.
Kundalini of Sound
A class that starts with a slower focus and increases in a climatic experience of live instrument (Singing Bowl, etc) sound and movement, the focus is on vibrational yoga and becoming more aware of energy. The more you are aware of your energy and your ability to be the captain of your own ship and sail either calm or rocky seas, all the more that you will be more in tune with and at peace with your external world and the waves that come your way. A fabulous class for anyone, including special needs teens and adults, and moms with special needs children. This is not a quiet class!
Lucky Stiffs
For the athlete or over-worked gardener/snow shoveler, or anyone who has chronic tight shoulders, quads, etc. Get unstuck and lose the stiffness, increasing your range of motion with this stretch class that utilizes yoga postures and breathing to relax you into a new range of motion and ease.
Youth
All youth classes contain a segment of art exploration, in which participation is student directed.
Teen Yoga
A class especially designed to focus on the needs and desire of young adults. Activity without competition, teen clients explore inner physical and mental coping techniques learned on the mat and taken into the world off the mat, as well as a generally positive experience that is enjoyable! A blend of traditional, hip hop and top 40 music played.
Children's Yoga
While most youth yoga classes emphasize creativity, it is my experience that children have that already! Our children's yoga includes imaginative yoga instruction that subtly helps the child learn boundaries, focus and relaxation. Similar to our teen and adult classes, children learn increased self-acceptance and enjoy a greater sense of esteem, in this non-comparative environment. Games and challenges to help them increase strength and flexibility without parental fear of injury to growth plates or structural system, while enjoy a fun, explorative experience!
